It has been carefully selected by the 4th generation of beekeepers, Rafael , and by his son, Ivan, to offer raw honey that stands out for its superb quality, special properties and characteristic flavours that make it very unique. Amongst all the different types of honey collected by the family, they have chosen two that stand out because of their very unique properties: Rafael´s Heather honey (the "Rolls Royce of honey"), one of the very best honey varieties in the world, and Ivan´s Lavender honey.
