Speech at the international translation forum (TFR) 2019
Συμμετοχή σε εκδήλωση ・ 10 Μαΐ 2021Valeriy Dovbnya, the founder and CEO of the Russian localization company Cyrillica, made a presentation on "Specifics of Audio-visual content translation" at the largest Russian localization forum - TFR-2019 (Translation Forum Russia). A detailed analysis of the current and upcoming localization trends in the industry, and Cyrillica’s very own unique production solutions was presented. Valeriy told about the history and types of traditional localization in Russia and in the world; types of synthesized types of audio-visual localization, general features and quality of AVT, and outlined trends in the evolution of audio-visual translation. About Translation Forum Russia TFR is the largest conference in the translation and localization industry in Russia. It brings together up to 500 participants annually, including representatives of the European Commission and the UN Information Centre.
